Where can I find my Support ID?

Open MASQO, open Options, and find Support ID. Tap it to copy the anonymous RevenueCat App User ID. Including it helps us investigate subscription and purchase issues. Reset all data does not change this ID, but reinstalling the App may create a new one.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the MASQO Premium screen or Options and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase and has an internet connection. If access is still missing, send us your Support ID and a screenshot that does not reveal payment details.

Why is Premium temporarily unavailable offline?

MASQO must periodically verify subscription status with Apple and RevenueCat. The App may continue the last verified access for up to 24 hours when verification is temporarily unavailable. After that, premium decks may be softly locked until the device reconnects and status can be verified. A round already in progress will not be interrupted.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Apple Account subscription settings, select MASQO, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Deleting MASQO or resetting its local data does not cancel a subscription.

How do I request a refund?

Apple handles App Store payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, and follow Apple’s instructions. MASQO Support cannot issue or override an App Store refund.

Why don’t I see an introductory trial?

Introductory offers are controlled by Apple and depend on eligibility, storefront, and subscription history. MASQO shows a trial only when StoreKit reports that it is available to your Apple Account. Not every user is eligible.

How do I reset MASQO?

Open Options, choose Reset all data, review the warning, and confirm. This removes local player names, party state, settings, progress, custom decks, entitlement cache, and pending local reminders. It does not cancel a subscription, change the Support ID, or delete records already held by Apple, RevenueCat, Firebase, Cloudflare, or Support.

Where are player names and custom decks stored?

They are stored only on your device and are excluded from iCloud backup. MASQO does not intentionally send them to our servers, analytics, subscription services, or push systems. They may be lost after Reset all data, deleting the App, reinstalling it, or losing the device.

How do I control notifications?

Open Options to change MASQO’s local reminder and remote-notification preferences. You can also open iOS Settings → Notifications → MASQO. Turning a notification option off stops the corresponding reminder or topic subscription.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Email help@masqo.app with the deck name, a concise description, and enough context for us to investigate. Do not send illegal material or unrelated personal information.

How do I make a privacy request?

Email help@masqo.app and describe the request. Because MASQO has no user account and keeps gameplay content locally, include your Support ID only if the request concerns subscription records. See the Privacy Policy for details.
